Psychotherapy & Skills Training

Psychotherapy—sometimes called talk therapy—helps children and teens manage emotions, build resilience, and strengthen relationships. It uses age-appropriate skills and activities to increase self-awareness, address challenges, and develop healthy coping strategies.

While effective on its own, psychotherapy is often combined with medication management for a more comprehensive approach, leading to stronger and longer-lasting results. Therapy also promotes healthy lifestyle habits that support overall well-being.
